Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@gooodnight.com with your order details.
